Who we are
360customs is a clothing and branding company based in Nairobi, Kenya. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@loookuuu.com.
What we collect
When you send an order request we collect:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your delivery address or collection location;
- the products, quantities and specifications you choose, and any notes you add;
- logos or artwork you upload.
You don't need an account, and we don't take card or M-Pesa payments on this website.
What the website stores on your device
- Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you submit an order request.
- A session cookie keeps forms secure while you use the site. It is deleted when you close your browser.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and the site doesn't load anything from other companies' servers (its fonts are stored on this site).
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your quote, confirm your order, produce and deliver it, contact you about it, and keep the business and tax records we are required to keep. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Our team. We share details with others only where needed to complete your order (for example, giving your name, phone number and address to whoever delivers it) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for your order and for our accounting and legal obligations. Uploaded artwork that does not become part of an order is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do this, email hello@loookuuu.com and include your order reference if you have one. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
